Chairman Dion Dijon (AMF) is passionate about the great yellow condiment and will stop at nothing until it is recognised as the single best substance in the known universe.
Mr Dijon has been known to do educational presentations at events around Australia. The last tangy experience was at the 2024 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, with three nights of The 63rd Annual Australian Mustard Federation Symposium and Condiment Expo.
